The challenge was issued via a top-down directive by ADP President Michael Martone in his quarterly report; "ADP is working to improve sales associate productivity."
Action.
Murray created ELVIS (Electronic Library & Virtual Information Site), a sales Intranet that allows for continuous contribution and improvement by the people who make ADP a competitive force in business software and services. More than a document repository, this Intranet site promotes sales associate productivity by providing market information, competitive intelligence, access to online tools, prospects, clients, vertical markets, partners, products, suppliers and more.

Results.
ELVIS provides the ability for content champions and approvers to upload, manage and publish content online. Each area of the site generates a custom display of the latest relevant additions of documents and links, the most popular downloads and related links. The document library permits robust search and sort for specific attributes. The time savings achieved for marketing and sales managers and associates are a substantial efficiency – as much as 20% for some functions – allowing for greater focus and productivity.
