Challenge.
ADP Global Services offers ADP GlobalView, a payroll processing and human resources administration
support team available around-the-world for enterprise-wide success. Murray needed to demonstrate
this international flexibility and strength – while making it look effortless. And, the site had to act
as a Phase I solution due to expected corporate branding changes within a six-month timeframe.
Action.
Murray embraced new brand guidelines as an opportunity to get to work. We highlighted the
benefits of ADP GlobalView as the choice for comprehensive global services for payroll processing
and human resources administration. Powered by the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM®)
Platform, GlobalView provides ADP’s unmatched customer service and commitment. Our focus was
on capital investment by global region; strength and scalability of the SAP infrastructure; and
international commitment. We implemented early brand directives, with the full understanding
that some things would need to change within six to twelve months.

Results.
With any company, large-scale initiatives take time to roll out and implement across all divisions and
at all levels. At the same time, business can’t just "stop and wait" for those new decisions. Murray
brought a fresh face to www.globalview.adp.com. ADP GlobalView has demonstrated significant market
share for international payroll processing and human resources administration. Murray designed a
chic, compelling site that highlights the power and presence of this infrastructure giant, giving it an
easy, modern look that is welcome in any culture. Phase II implementation will incorporate a content
management system to add robust administrative functionality so that the content of the site can grow
as fast as the business it serves.
